yummy yummy colours

Looking for the A Time To Stitch blog hop?  Go here

I've been buying fabric again...  The top 4 were necessary.  They are 1m and 2m pieces of Klona cotton from Backstitch for my Bluebird Park quilt.

The FQ bundle is for my Mackintosh Stained Glass hanging.  I didn't read the fabric requirements so bought this FQ bundle.  Yeah, I just need a couple of scraps for the project!  No matter, my solids stash is pitiful so this will help.  And it looks so pretty...

  9. Lovely fabrics - very lush! I believe the rule is that you DO buy a FQ (or half meter) set when you only need scraps - isn't that what the quilt police always say? It's the only time they're right! ;)

  11. What very pretty colours Wendy, but makes me wonder what you go home with when you need more than " just a couple of scraps" !

  12. It does look pretty! My solids stash is also lacking, for some reason I always seem to purchase prints and then end up needing to get some solids as invariably the color/shade I need is not in my stash.

  15. Do we need a reason to buy fabric? I hope not or I've been doing this wrong. These are definitely yummy colours.
