I've been buying fabric again... The top 4 were necessary. They are 1m and 2m pieces of Klona cotton from Backstitch for my Bluebird Park quilt.
The FQ bundle is for my Mackintosh Stained Glass hanging. I didn't read the fabric requirements so bought this FQ bundle. Yeah, I just need a couple of scraps for the project! No matter, my solids stash is pitiful so this will help. And it looks so pretty...
I agree, it looks very pretty.
ReplyDeleteNo one who reads a craft blog would fail to understand the allure of stash building - no excuses necessary!
ReplyDeleteNice colors !!!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day !
Anna
Seriously how could you resist? They do look pretty together like that!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colours. I need to come over, you and me would make a great team at buying fabric. We'd empty the shop LOLL
ReplyDeleteAha, they'll keep you busy for a while Wendy - what a great range of colours! xoJoy
ReplyDeleteMmmmmmm...it looks gorgeous bundled up like that! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors! :D
ReplyDeleteYou're so right, these are just yummy, Wendy! I foresee lots of pretty makes in your future with these at the ready. :o)
ReplyDeleteHappy stitching!
Lovely fabrics - very lush! I believe the rule is that you DO buy a FQ (or half meter) set when you only need scraps - isn't that what the quilt police always say? It's the only time they're right! ;)

ReplyDeleteWhat very pretty colours Wendy, but makes me wonder what you go home with when you need more than " just a couple of scraps" !
ReplyDeleteNo more reason required then!
ReplyDeleteIt does look pretty! My solids stash is also lacking, for some reason I always seem to purchase prints and then end up needing to get some solids as invariably the color/shade I need is not in my stash.
ReplyDeleteA fabric rainbow!
ReplyDeleteLovely array of colours, my range of plains are extremely lacking too, will have to take a leaf out of your book and get some more. Happy stitching
ReplyDeletelovely selection of colours, a girl cannot not have too much fabric!
ReplyDeleteDo we need a reason to buy fabric? I hope not or I've been doing this wrong. These are definitely yummy colours.
ReplyDeleteI so rarely buy solids, maybe I should start!
