Giveaway!



Last week I reviewed the book Mini Quilts by Jodie Davis & Jayne Davis.  Have a look here if you missed it.  

The publisher GMC has very kindly given me an extra copy to give away to one of you!

 No jumping through hoops at this blog, anyone, anywhere can enter, you don't have to follow me, like me, link to me or anything.

 I'll leave the giveaway open for a week, so I'll draw a winner using Mr Random next Monday - the 28th.  All you have to do to enter is leave me a comment.  You can either recommend a craft book to me, or tell me if you're a craft book fan or not.

 Good luck and feel free to spread the word!
update: I have had several no-reply bloggers enter already!  If you are on Wordpress, fine I can click your name and get to your blog, so no worries.  If you are on Google+ I can't contact you!!  If you are on Google+ you MUST leave your email address in your comment or you can't win.  I'm sorry, but blame Google+, they keep making you no-reply commenters and I have no way to find you as I WILL NOT join Google+.

    Ah, I love giveaways. Who doesn't? :) I'm a craft book fan, but not for following the tutorials step by step, but for getting inspired and adding my own twist to projects.

    I like craft books. I like to look through them for ideas mostly. I'd like to have a go at some mini quilts as a full sized quilt would be impossible for me at the moment.

    I love picking up new craft books in second hand shops or car boot sales, so if I ever get a brand new one, it's a real treat!

    I am a craft book fan! Sometimes I follow the tutorials on the books but other times I just use the books for inspiration. Thank you for the giveaway!

    I am really not a craft book type of person, I usually look at them at the library for inspiration. I do love quilting and want to make some mini quilts so this book would be lovely! thank you!!

    Thanks for the great giveaway. At my guild's quilt show (every 2 years) we sell small quilts, so this would be a lovely publication to have for that purpose.

    Thanks for a great giveaway, I love craft books. My favourite quilting books are Sunday Morning Quilts by Jean Nyberg and Cheryl Arkison, and Simplify by Camille Roskelley.

    hard to recommend just one craft book but along with this one on my want list I also have scrap quilting by Alex Anderson on my list, it has been reviewed in the latest popular patchwork magazine along with patchwork loves embroidery by Gail Pan, that is 3 to look for when I go to FOQ next month!

    I just picked up stitch savvy from the library -i particularly like that it comes with a cdrom with the patterns on it! I hate the books where you have to enlarge on a photocopier! I wish all the publishers would make the patterns available as a digital download these days!!

    I love buying craft books - in fact I have 4 pre-ordered on Amazon that will be published between September and January :D I love looking at them, and reading them, but I'm not very good at actually using them for projects - oops!
