I should know - I have many! The curves we get in sewing - NOT SO MUCH! I avoid them like the plague, but when I do need to do them (like - if I ever have a curve sewing emergency?!) I like the Jodie Davis paper piecing method - she tucks the fabric nicely and calls it done - HA!!Sandra :)https://www.blogger.com/profile/16239494415344028806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4902503112918417582.post-46048169084257120792014-05-08T12:16:23.222+01:002014-05-08T12:16:23.222+01:00I bet you've mastered this block in way less t...I bet you've mastered this block in way less than two years, Wendy. I'm sure we have a compass somewhere, but I'd have to raid my kids' old school pencil cases to find it! At least you have all the other lovely projects in the book waiting for you when you feel you've progressed to the right level. And after all, it's perfectly reasonable for an author to pitch her book at the more advanced quilter - there are plenty of them out there!Janice / Dancing with Sunflowershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08646734271197959581noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4902503112918417582.post-87359861006852121852014-05-06T16:16:44.491+01:002014-05-06T16:16:44.491+01:00Drives me mad when books come with no templates or...Drives me mad when books come with no templates or templates that need to be resized, certainly would put me off buying what might otherwise be an interesting book.Celtic Thistlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07033484481693226138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4902503112918417582.post-611924929409802422014-05-06T15:49:44.307+01:002014-05-06T15:49:44.307+01:00Oh dear what a shame.
