The frog prince

Remember this little fella?  Nope, he's not a monkey ;0)

He's a frog prince!  He's from the book Knitted Toys by Laura Long (third entry for the craft book challenge this month!! and my first Christmas present this year!).  He was much easier to knit than that teddy I attempted - he was mainly in one piece, with just the arms and eyes separate.
Sorry, it's sideways, Blogger and my computer conspired against me to make him sideways.  But look!  I took him outside - my first decent picture on this blog!

  10. I love him, even if he is not a monkey. What is his crown made from?
I wish I could like knitting. I technically know how, I just don't enjoy it. I admire people like you who can make something so cute. The CK Magazine actually comes to me here. Even though I can't realistically afford the shipping to ever order anything... Have a wonderful evening!
