I'm joining in with two challenges this year. OK, so I'm joining in with a few more than that, but these are the two where I need to link up what I propose to do.
For Something Old, Something New, I only have 1 month, but only 2 projects.
My Something Old is the crewel flowers. I don't intend to finish it in January, but at least make some progress. See photo above
My Something New is this little ribbon flower kit. Should be achievable. I can't find it to take a photo. So that will be a double pronged challenge - find the kit and then make it!
If you want to join in, you can link up here.

That's a tall order to finish by March! Good luck with all of that. I always think stitching isn't going to take that long and am always surprised that it does.
The Crewel work is so pretty and I love the quilts too.
Good Luck! you know how to challenge yourself!
Good luck with your challenges - that's a good variety of craft there so I'll be very interested in seeing your progress! Maybe your latch hook flag will be the thing that finally makes me finish my two latch hooks that are nearly done... :)
Such a great variety of craft there! Looking forwrad to seeing your posts with updates - maybe your latch hook flag will be the thing that finally kicks me into shape to finish my two latch hooks that are nearly done :)
Some major projects there, good luck!
Best of luck - there's lots to keep you busy, but I like that you've chosen lots of different crafts: I find that being able to switch between different crafts/styles keeps me interested.
Good Luck with the FAL, it's a good list, and I love the quilt you showed us yesterday :o)
Must. Resist. Commenting. On. #2... ;o)
Good luck with the list!
That is some impressive list Wendy! I wish you good luck on every project too. Thinking of joining this one too, just need to get my photos taken and write up my list.
I see that you also joined the Bag of the month club,I am hoping to start on my bag this next weekend!
you sure do a wide variety of crafts. Good luck with your challenge - especially finding the missing kit - I know that feeling.

Love the crewel flowers, can't wait to see you do that one
Lots of wonderful and varied projects to work on for the next few months! Finish Along 2014 sounds like a great challenge to be a part of and will certainly help keep you motivated. Good luck with them all!
I'm impressed with how many talents you have developed! That's a lot of variety. Good luck with your goals. I know you can do it!
Welcome to the challenge. I hope you've found your "new" project/skill kit. Looks like you have quite a few, varied projects going on.
Gosh! That's a lot to get through in 10 weeks or so!
I too signed up for Finish Along, to do my peacock feather, but somehow I doubt I'll do it...
Hmmm - I remember when you sewed that cushion for your chair - I think it was a long time ago, and I think... you didn't enjoy doing it so much.... if I remember rightly???? Perhaps you've hid it on yourself!
